The apartment is on the first  floor (a lift is available). On entering, you find yourself in the guest area with a large sofa and a stand with a TV. There is a spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy the view of blossoming flowers. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances including a fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, cooking panel, vent, kettle, toaster and a juice maker for citrus fruit. From the guest area you get to the dining area. On the left of the corridor there are two bedrooms and on the right a bathroom with a toilet. Each bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.

Electricity and water bills are paid separately according to consumption.
